Carolyn Carlson is a Certified Wilderness Walk Shadow Coach who has a holistic approach to mind, body & practical healing. She started her practice with a background as a relaxation and intuitive massage therapist and has added skills such as vibrational sound healing, reiki energy healing, meditation, artistic and creative healing, as well as doing her own shadow work for almost a decade.

Shame lives in the unconscious Shadow. And shame is an overprotective mechanism that without our knowledge blocks our living free, big, adventurous lives. As a certified Healing Shame Practitioner and Wilderness Walk Shadow Coach, with training in HeartMath and Inner Relationship Focusing, Elizabeth brings combined knowledge of working with the shadow and a specialty of how to gently work with releasing shame. When there is awareness, there is choice. Elizabeth loves to support individuals and couples who feel stuck, don't know why, but are ready to explore what is blocking the opportunity for doing things differently.

A Shamanic teacher taught me that “the things we struggle from in this lifetime are the unresolved issues of our ancestors in the other realm. Our ancestors dream us into being to heal those unresolved issues.” It became clear to me when I started my journey with the Wilderness Walk and Wilderness Walk Shadow Coaching that my spiritual calling was to heal my ancestral lineage of the repressed shadow, generational shame, and trauma to reverse that cycle of suffering in the family. And it is now my life purpose to bring that level of healing to the greater collective.

Hi I’m Ashlee, a Spiritual Manifestation Coach. I guide individuals in healing to manifest the life of their dreams (the one you know you came here to live)!
